摘要 目的:检测乳杆菌对牙本质的粘附能力,以探讨乳杆菌在牙本质龋中的作用。方法:利用同位素闪烁计数法测定乳杆菌和变链菌对牙本质及羟基磷灰石的粘附率。结果:乳杆菌对牙本质具粘附作用,对羟基磷灰石无粘附作用;变链菌对牙本质和羟基磷灰石均具粘附作用。结论:乳杆菌因其对牙本质具较强粘附作用,且产酸能力强,可引起牙本质脱矿,在牙本质龋进展中发挥重要作用。

An analysis of adhension of lactobacillus andstreptococcus mutan to dentin

Abstract Aim: To test the adherence of lactobacillus to dentin. Method: The adherent percent of lactobacillus and S.mutan to dentin and hydroxyapatite was detected by radioisotope scintillation counter. Results: Lactobacillus could adhere to dentin only,S.mutan could adhere not only to dentin but also to hydroxyapatite.Conclusions: Lactobacillus could promote the progression of dentinal caries for its adhering to dentin and producing lactic acid and causing dentin demineralization.

牙本质龋中大量存在乳杆菌,关于其在牙本质龋中的作用争议较大,究竟乳杆菌是牙本质龋的始发因素还是病程发展的结果。本实验利用同位素闪烁计数法测定了乳杆菌对牙本质的粘附能力,探讨了其在牙本质龋中的作用。
1 材料和方法
1.1 闪烁液配制
2,5-2苯基恶唑2.0g(分析纯,上海试剂一厂);
1,4-双-(5-苯基恶唑基-2)-苯 0.05g(分析纯上海试剂一厂);二甲苯 500ml(分析纯苏州第二化工研究所)。
1.2 牙本质微粒制备
取正畸拔除的新鲜无龋牙10个,在冰浴中磨去釉质和牙骨质,拔除牙髓,磨成微粒,过筛,取200目大小的微粒,储存于-20
