摘要目的：探讨磨牙隐裂保存治疗的意义；
方法：随机选择102例(121颗牙)，经牙冠结扎，制取模型，常规根管或塑化治疗，15天～30天后，以烤瓷冠修复，随访5年，对其效果进行分析，
结果：经上述方法治疗，效果优良者105颗牙，占86.7％，失败15颗牙，占13.2％。结论：磨牙隐裂保存治疗效果良好，在保持患者咀嚼功能，提高生活质量等均具有一定价值。

Abstract:Aim:to investigate the coron
al restorations for the molar crown cracks after the endodontical treatments. Methods: 102 crowncracked molar teeth were restored with the ceramicometal restorations subsequent to canal filling, or resinfication. All cases were observed over 5year followup study. Results:Nice clinical results were 87.6%, and only 12.4% cases were failed. Conclusion: The clinical investigation revealed that the coronal restorations of the cracked molars preserved the mastication function and enhance the living quality to some degree.

磨牙是发挥咀嚼功能的主要牙齿，在磨牙颌面上存在众多沟裂或一些先天性缺陷等［1］，因此，创伤损坏的机会很常见，其中，尤以牙冠隐裂最为多见，自86年迄今，我们曾对102例(121颗牙)施行隐裂冠保存治疗，效果堪称满意，现结合临床资料报告如下：
1临床资料
本组102例(121颗牙)，男81例(98颗牙)，女21例(23颗牙)，男∶女为4.26∶1，其中，第一磨牙最多，共82颗牙，占67.8％，第二磨牙次之，共19颗牙，占15.7％；第一前磨牙第三，共12颗牙，占9.9％，第二前磨牙最少，仅8颗牙，占6.6％。
2治疗方法
在选择好必要的常规材料后，诸如结扎丝，白合金片，根管充填剂等，再按下述步骤进行：①在折裂牙冠颈、舌侧(上颌牙为腭侧)牙颈部磨出深约2 mm沟槽，并用0.3 mm结扎丝作环形结扎；②即取印模，灌模，在模型上进行片切；分别制取石膏代模及硬铅代模，用白合金片做成金属开面冠［2］磨除面早接触部分；将调和稀
