Super bone C & B高强度粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效观察

摘 要 目的 探讨Superbone C & B高强度粘 结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果。方法 将165颗患牙随机分为A组(治疗组)和B组(对照组 )前者应用Superbone C & B高强度粘结剂治疗，后者用光固化粘接剂治疗，分别观察二组 疗效，并进行统计学处理。结果 A组总有效率92%，B组总有效率76.4%，两组差异有非常显 著性（P＜0.005）。结论 Superbone C & B高强度粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的疗效 明显优于光固化粘结剂。

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical effect of super bone C & B high bond strength adhesives in treating dentin hypersensitivity. M ethods: 165 teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Superbone C & B adhes ives was applied in group A (treatment), and light cured composite resin in grou p B (Control). The effects were compared and assayed statistically. Results: Tot al effect rate of group A was 92%, and that of group B was 76.4%. The difference was remarkable in statistics (P＜0.005). Conclusion: Superbone C & B high bond strength adhesives had better effect than that of light cured composite re sin in treating dentin hypersensitivity.

牙本质敏感症在口腔科门诊中较为常见，患牙遇到温度、 化学、机械等刺激时产生异常酸痛感［１］。其治疗方法众多，如各种药物脱敏，光 固化粘结剂封闭，激光、微波、紫外线等，但疗效相差很大，特别对磨损严重和牙颈部的过 敏疗效欠佳［２］。笔者自1999年12月以来采用Superbone C & B高强度粘结剂对 该类患牙进行治疗，并用光固化粘接剂治疗作对比研究，发现前者疗效优于后者疗效甚多满 意的疗效，现结合临床资料总结如下。
