摘 要 目的:探讨钙离子在牙体硬组织中的迁 移规律。方法:实验室观察24小时内新鲜完整无龋的离体人牙在牙齿表面电位的影响下, 牙冠牙釉质、牙根牙骨质、牙髓牙本质三者之间钙离子的迁移规律。结果:牙釉质池浸泡液 中钙离子浓度大于牙骨质池、牙本质池浸泡液中钙离子浓度,同时,也高于母液的钙离子浓 度;后两者钙离子浓度均小于母液的钙离子浓度。经方差分析两两间有显著性差别(P< 0.01)。结论:牙体硬组织中钙离子的迁移规律为:牙骨质→牙本质→牙釉质。

Abstract: Objective:To study the caracteristics of Ca2+ movement during the remineralization.Methods:Observe the Ca2+ migration and the change of Ca2+ concentration in immersed fluid (artificial saliva ),which were affected by the surface potential of tooth,between enamel part,dent in part and cementum part.The experiment time was one day (n=14).The intact,cari es free and fresh extracted human teeth were used.Results:The Ca2+ concent ration in immersed fluid of the enamel part is higher than that of dentin part,c ementum part and artificial saliva.However the Ca2+ concentration of the d entin part and the cementum part are lower than that of the artificial saliva.Th e difference was remarkable in statistics with Oneway ANOVA.Conclusion:The dir ection of calcium ion migration in tooth hard tissue is cementum→dentin→enamel .
