树脂涂底剂治疗牙本质敏感症的一年观察

　　摘要目的：评价单纯使用亲水性树脂涂底剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果。方法：用AllBond2涂底剂封闭16名患者的84颗因牙周治疗后敏感的患牙，比较治疗前、治疗后即刻以及治疗后1年的敏感程度。结果：治疗后即刻有52颗患牙完全脱敏，治疗后1年有72颗患牙完全脱敏，未完全脱敏的患牙的敏感程度也均较治疗前减轻，经统计学检验，差异有高度显著性(P＜0.001)。结论：用亲水性树脂涂底剂治疗牙本质敏感症是临床上可行的简便、有效的方法

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effecti of single application of a strongly hydrophilic resin on dentin hypersensitivity.Methods:AllBond2 were used to treat a total of 84 sensitiveity teeth in 16 patients.The sensitivity score of each tooth were assessed and compared prior to treatment,immediately following treatment and 1 year after treatment.Results:Immediately following treatment and 1 year after treatment,52 and 72 teeth were free of discomfort on daily basis respectively.Comparing the severity scores before treatment and after treatment,highly significant reduction (P＜0.001) was found in the sensitivity indices of the affected tooth.Conclusion:using strongly hydrophilic resin for sealing dentinal tubules is simple and these preliminary findings make it a strong contender among the many clinical measures used to treat the dentin hypersensitivity.
