【摘要】 目的 探讨FcγR基因多态性与早发性牙周炎(early-onset periodontitis ,EOP)易感性的关系。方法 提取33例EOP和27名健康对照者的静脉血白细胞DNA,分别用PCR+BstUI酶切和PCR+测序检测FcγRIIA和FcγRIIIB的基因型,比较各基因型检出率的差别。结果 FcγRIIA基因型在两组间的分布无差别,FcγRIIIB NA1/NA1的检出率高于健康对照组。结论 FcγRIIIB NA1/NA1基因型可能是EOP的遗传易感因素。
Relevance of FcγR polymorphism to the susceptibility of early-onset periodontitis

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the polymorphism of the FcγR genotype and its association with the susceptibility of early-onset periodontitis (EOP).Methods DNA of the white blood cells from 33 subjects with EOP and 27 healthy controls was extracted. Genotypes of the FcγRIIA and FcγRIIIB were determined by PCR followed by BstUI restriction endonuclease digestion and DNA sequencing, respectively. Then compared the differences in distribution of each genotype.Results No statistical difference in distribution of FcγRIIA was observed between patients and controls. However, a significant over-representation of the FcγRIIIB NA1/NA1 was found in EOP.Conclusion These results suggest that the FcγRIIIB NA1/NA1 may be a risk indicator for the susceptibility of the EOP.

Fcγ受体(FcγR)是IgG Fc段受体,主要表达于免疫细胞膜上,在特异性抗体和效应细胞功能间象桥梁一样使体液免疫和细胞免疫紧密关联。FcγR分为FcγRI、FcγRII和FcγRIII 3类,其中FcγRII-A和FcγRIII-B都存在等位基因的多态性,FcγRIIA-R131和FcγRIIIB-NA2基因型与低亲
