〔摘要〕 目的:探讨口腔扁平苔藓与人类白细胞抗原的相关性。方法:应用微量淋巴细胞毒试验,检测19 例上海汉族人口腔扁平苔藓外周血的人类白细胞抗原(HLA-A、-B、-DR、-DQ)的抗原频率。结果:患者组HLA-DR1抗原频率(36.84%)较正常对照组(1.08%)显著增高(P<0.001)。结论:HLA-DR1 与口腔扁平苔藓明显相关。带有HLA-DRl 相关基因的个体对口腔扁平苔藓具有遗传易感性。
Analysis of HLA antigens in patients with oral lichen planus

〔Abstract〕Objective: To study the possible role of human leucocyte antigen(HLA) in the patients with oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods:The frequencies of HLA-A, -B,-DR, -DQ were determined in 19 patients with OLP of Hannationality in Shanghai by microdrop lymphcyte cytotoxicity method.Result:HLA-DRl was present in 36.84% of the patients with OLP, compared with that in 1.08%of healthy control(P<0.001).Conclusion:The finding strongly suggest that HLA-DRl may be a genetic predisposition or susceptibility to the development of OLP.

人类白细胞抗原(human leucocyte antigen,HLA) 是人类的主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex), HLA 定位于6号染色体短臂上,这是迄今所知最为复杂的一个人类遗传多态性系统。使用HLA 作为遗传标记,如果发现某病与HLA 抗原关联,一般表明该疾病的易感性中带有遗传因素[1]。许多资料表明,口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP) 与遗传因素有关。在OLP 与HLA 关联性研究方面,国外虽有一些报道[3~7],但结论不一致。国内报道仅限于中国台湾[8]。为此,本文对上海地区OLP 患者进行HLA-A、-B、-DR、-DQ 抗原测定与分析,以探讨OLP 与HLA 的相关性。
1 材料与方法
