无环鸟苷与聚肌胞联合治疗口腔单纯疱疹的疗效

〔摘要〕 目的：了解无环鸟苷与聚肌胞联合治疗口腔单纯疱疹感染的效果。方法：以无环鸟苷为抗病毒局部涂擦药物，配以肌注聚肌胞免疫增强剂为全身用药，并以素高捷疗口腔膏与肌注VitB12为对照组。结果：实验组与对照组相比，有显著性差异，(χ2=10.71,P＜0.01)，治愈天数缩短(P＜0.01)，全身症状轻于对照组，复发时间也相应延长。结论：无环鸟苷软膏与聚肌胞联合用药有特定疗效。
The efficacy of acyclovir combined with poly I∶C in the treatment of oral herpes simplex

〔Abstract〕Objective: To observe the efficacy of acyclovir (AVC) combined with Poly I∶C (PIC) in the treatment of oral herpes simplex (OHS). Method:56 cases of OHS were treated by local smearing of AVC paste and intramuscular injection of PIC; 46 cases of OHS were treated by local smearing of Solcoseryl dental adhesive paste and intramuscular injection of Vit B12 as the control. The effects were observed clinicaly.Result:The ratios of effectiveness in the tested and contral groups were 100% and 88.2% respectively(P＜0.01); the times for the disapearance of the symptoms in the two groups were 5.4 and 6.45 days respectively(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The combination of AVC with PIC is effective in the treatment of OHS.

口腔单纯疱疹(oralherpessimplex,OHS)是由单纯疱疹病毒引起的口腔粘膜及其周围皮肤上的散在浅表性水疱或溃疡，是口腔粘膜的常见病之一。尽管病因明确，治疗方法繁多，但仍不满意。为此，我们采用局部和全身联合治疗的方法，对口腔单纯疱疹(Ⅱ型)病毒感染，进行治疗，取得一定疗效，总结如下：

1.1病例选择 为本院口腔科1996-01～1997-12患OHS的患者作为研究对象。无慢性全身性疾病。发病至就诊时间最短
