摘 要:为探讨计算机频谱分析颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)杂音的临床价值,采用多道生理仪同步记录双侧关节音,计算机分析32例TMD关节音声谱有关参数。结果表明:TMD马绪臣氏一、二、三类开闭口关节音的频域>1250Hz的总能量存有显著性差异(P<0.001),其>1250Hz/<1250Hz的能量比亦存有显著性差异(P<0.001),说明谱分析可作为TMD的一个较灵敏、无损伤的辅助诊断方法。

Frequency Spectrum Analysis of the Joint’s Sound form Temporomandibular Disorder

Abstract:Aim The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical significance of frequency spectrum analysis in joint’s sound with temporomandibular disorder(TMD).Methods The computer is connected with polygraph system,bilateral temporomandibular joint’s sound are recorded synchronously,and 32 cases of the TMD Joint’s are prossed with the method of frequency spectrum analysis.Results On the energy there are significant differences both opened and closed joint’s sound of Ma’s Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ class of TMD.(P<0.001);and so are the energy rate (P<0.001).Conclusion The method of the frequency spectrum analysis may provide a more sensitive and noninvasive tool for auxiliary diagnosis of TMD.
