【摘要】 目的 对先天性腭咽闭合功能不全(congenital velopharyngeal insuffence,CVPI)定量研究。方法 应用气流、气压测定仪对27例CVPI患者测量口腔压力、鼻腔气流及腭咽闭合 面积, 比较CVPI患者在发hemper和papa音时与正常语音者之间的变化值。结果 CVPI和正常语音两组间在口腔压力和腭咽闭合面积差异无显著性,但两组间的鼻腔气流量差异有显著性(P<0.07)。结论 诊断CVPI仅用传统的0.20 cm2这一标准不能真实反映腭咽闭合功能,CVPI患者的鼻腔气流量明显高于对照组。

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate 27 congenital veloparyngeal insufficiency(CVPI) subjects and 6 normal articulation subjects with airflow pressure techniques. Methods A compare analysis was performed in two groups (CVPI subjects and normal articulation subjects) during speech production of /hemper/ and /papa/. Results there wasn't statistical significance between two groups in oral air pressure and velopharyngeal orifice areas, however, CVPI group differed significanth in nasal airflow on the articulation of/hemper/ and /papa/. Conclusions When the degree of CVPI subject's VP opening was small, hypernasality appeared to be related to duration of the opening-closing movements.
